Melissa Johnson Serves as the CEO, Managing Member for MJ Commercial Advisors LLC and is the Northwest Regional Ambassador for KW Commercial, Bellevue WA. Ms. Johnson has extensive expertise in commercial real estate, where she specializes in Seller and Buyer representation plus, Tenant and Landlord representation. With clients across diverse asset classes such as, industrial, office, retail, land, multi-family, hospitality and mixed use for large residential master plan development, Melissa’s passions for commercial real estate shows. 

In the span of just 4 years over $58M Sold and over 1M/SF, Melissa continues to stay grounded and grow here business. She is so passionate about Commercial Real Estate she has been strategically working to build the first Commercial Division with Product Leaders for KW Commercial in WA State at the KW Bellevue office. 

One of Melissa’s most blessed experiences was her 14 years’ working at one of the leading Fortune 500 Firms, the Microsoft Corporation, where she led the Corporate Worldwide Real Estate for the CEO and several Presidents sitting on their Executive Staff. From there she became part of the Founders Circle at the Microsoft Alumni Foundation, helping to build the brand and bring a voice through the media. Additionally Melissa consulted back at Microsoft in a Chief of Staff role to help launch the brick-and-mortar Microsoft Stores all around the world.

Finally, Melissa served as the Director and Chief of Staff reporting to the Chief Technology Officer at Century Link, helping to build their Cloud technology division. Ms. Johnson also served four (4) years as a Planning Commissioner & The “Chair” for two (2) years at the City Of Arlington, Washington, 2020-2026.
