Ethan Ash is an Associate Broker and a prominent figure in New Hampshire commercial real estate, bringing deep local knowledge as a life-long resident of the state. Driven by a passion to grow his family’s business, he studied marketing and management at the University of New Hampshire, where he also competed in business start-up competitions. Ethan began his career focusing on student housing, and his first job out of college involved helping a small development firm triple its portfolio within just two years. In 2016, he joined the KW Commercial team, combining his enthusiasm with his marketing and management expertise to serve small business needs.
Currently serving as the KW Commercial New England Regional Ambassador, Ash oversees more than 100 agents. He owns and manages a highly successful real estate team that ranked fifth in the company, closing nearly 90 deals for over 40 clients in 2024 alone. That same year, Ash personally handled 67 transactions totaling $12.5 million in volume and worked alongside multifamily owners to fix and sell properties. Expanding his impact on the region’s infrastructure, he recently founded Coastal Land Development, a company dedicated to mixed-use projects that introduce affordable housing and commercial spaces to help bring businesses to New Hampshire.
Ethan’s dedication to the industry has earned him significant recognition, including being named the 2025 Realtor of the Year by the New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtors (NHCIBOR). He previously served as President of both NHCIBOR and the New England Commercial Property Exchange (NECPE) in 2024, and has consistently ranked among NECPE’s top agents for listings and sale proceeds since 2021. Beyond his impressive sales record, Ash is committed to professional excellence, having completed his Master in Commercial Properties. He also remains actively engaged in civic initiatives, supporting causes like the Realtor Relief Foundation, Red Day, and Tunnel to Towers. Ethan also serves on the City of Dover Zoning Board of Adjustments.
