Dale Donovan Bee brings more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience spanning land development, investment sales, brokerage, leasing, site selection, redevelopment, and business growth. Throughout her career, she has been particularly recognized for her expertise in land and development, earning the industry nickname “The Dirt Diva.”

A former Principal with both Colliers and NAI Global and Founder of DLD Commercial Realty, Inc., Dale has represented developers, investors, corporations, healthcare providers, and landowners in transactions ranging from raw land and development sites to complex commercial investments. Her career has been built on helping clients identify opportunity, navigate complexity, and create value through strategic real estate decisions.

Since joining KW Commercial in 2010, Dale has been a leader in agent development, professional standards, and platform growth. She currently serves as a KW Commercial Regional Ambassador, supporting engagement, alignment, and performance across the commercial network.

Dale is the creator of Commercial BRIDGE and APEX Commercial Mentorship and serves as Lead Advisor for Commercial BUILD.
