Logan “Hank” Babin, III, CRE®, MBA has built a distinguished career in commercial real estate in South Louisiana, combining over 25 years of expertise with leadership roles in the industry and community. In 2025, he merged his family’s 65-year old commercial real estate practice, Logan Babin Real Estate, under the KW Commercial umbrella to become Director of KW Commercial South and Market Vice President for Louisiana and Mississippi with SCLM. 

By late 2025, he had been elevated into the role of Regional Vice President (South Central U.S.) for SCLM, an international team of KW Commercial professionals specializing in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Manufacturing as well as working on their international expansion efforts.  In early 2026, he was named the Sector Vice President for Energy in SCLM.  Also in 2026, Hank was selected as the KW Commercial Regional Ambassador for the Keller Williams Gulf States Region, assisting commercial agents and leadership in 19 Market Centers across Louisiana, Mississippi, and the coasts of Alabama and Florida.

A Louisiana Certified General Real Estate Appraiser since 2003, Hank was invited into the elite Counselors of Real Estate (CRE®) organization in 2012. Recognized as an expert witness in real estate valuation, he has testified in Terrebonne and Vermilion Parish Courts.

Hank actively contributes to professional and civic organizations, including the Louisiana Realtors, the Bayou Board of Realtors, the Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce, and the International I-49 Coalition. He holds a Finance degree from Loyola University and an MBA from Baylor University. Residing in Louisiana, he enjoys life with his wife and two dogs while trying to visit his four daughters in Texas, Arkansas, and Massachusetts.tail, Special Purpose / Other
