Courtney Nielsen is an Associate Broker at KW Westfield in Orem, Utah, and serves as KW Commercial’s Regional Ambassador for Utah. She co-owns Nielsen Property Group with her husband and business partner, Ben, and is Co-owner and Chief Investment Officer of Blackstone Development and Construction, a medical office and retail development firm currently delivering a $15M medical and retail project in Saratoga Springs.

Her perspective spans both sides of the table, brokerage and ownership, grounded in an MRED from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business. A six-time Salt Lake Top 500 and Top 100 Real Producer, Courtney also sits on KW Westfield’s Agent Leadership Committee, where she leads Health & Wellness, and hosts The Real Deal Podcast.

Before real estate, she spent a decade teaching high school English and holds master’s degrees in Secondary Teaching Pedagogy and Educational Leadership, a background that shows up in how she trains and mentors agents across the region. Outside of work, she teaches Hot Pilates, is perpetually mid-book, and perpetually planning her next trip to Paris.
