As the senior member of the Rochester Division, Tod’s role within the Commercial Division provides effective coordination of commercial real estate services to provide our clients with opportunities and utilizing his 18 years of transactional experience in both commercial and residential real estate to provide our Commercial Division with the vision to carry the organization into the future. 

In Tod’s eyes, Commercial real estate isn’t a money or property business.  It’s creating opportunity that is far beyond reported transaction numbers while building relationships that people will remember far after the transaction has closed. Whether he is reviving dead space, representing tenants, listing office, retail, hospitality, or medical, each opportunity is treated with his full attention, using both technology and proven sales tactics to get the job done right.
