Teresa Harwood, CCIM, Realtor®, is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than twenty years of experience and a unique background as both a property owner and investor. Before entering brokerage in 2013, Teresa was part of an ownership group where she managed and leased nearly 1 million square feet of retail, office, and industrial flex properties throughout Central Indiana, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by commercial property owners.
Since becoming a commercial broker, Teresa has successfully completed more than 600 commercial real estate transactions, representing buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, investors, and business owners. Her experience spans office, retail, industrial flex, land, investment properties, and business sales. Known for her strategic approach and strong market knowledge, Teresa has built lasting relationships with investors, developers, business owners, community leaders, and fellow real estate professionals throughout Indiana.
In 2021, Teresa earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, a credential held by a small percentage of commercial real estate professionals nationwide. The designation reflects advanced expertise in financial analysis, market analysis, investment strategy, and commercial real estate decision-making.
Teresa currently serves as the Ohio Valley Regional Ambassador for KW Commercial, supporting agents throughout the region and helping grow the commercial division. She has trained and mentored commercial real estate professionals across the country.
