Keller Williams Realty Across Atlanta Market Center joins the KW Commercial division with four top local agents: Herb Haynes, Dawn Luttrell, Ronnie Tibbitts and Mark Taglieber.

Hirsch Sherman and Jared Levine - Calabasas, CA

In December 2009 Hirsch Sherman and Jared Levine, commercial real estate sales professionals in Los Angeles County, joined KW Commercial’s new Calabasas office. 

Hirsch Sherman has been involved in the real estate industry since 1979 and previously worked for Re/Max Commercial where he was a Senior Investment Associate and handled both multifamily and commercial transactions. Last year Hirsch closed upwards of $52 million dollars and was #1 in sales for Re/max Commercial OTB, #2 in sales for Re/max Commercial in the United States and #4 in sales for Re/max Commercial in the World. His vast connections of private and portfolio buyers have allowed him to be a constant top producer. 

Jared Levine previously worked for Re/max Commercial where he was an Investment Consultant and handled both multifamily and commercial transactions as well. Last year Jared closed approximately $19 million in sales and has developed a strong clientele of both private and institutional investors.

Ken Wimberly
Ken Wimberly - Fort Worth, TX

Kenneth F. Wimberly serves as a Senior Director for KW Commercial McClure Partners, specializing in land sales, site selection, syndications, and buyer/tenant representation throughout Tarrant County, Texas. His clients include residential developers, homebuilders, commercial developers, banks, and private investors. 

Prior to joining KW Commercial McClure Partners, Wimberly served as a Senior Advisor at Sperry Van Ness. He is founder and president of a real estate investment firm, Noble Crest Capital, Inc. (NCC), and previously served as an agent for Ritter and Associates Real Estate, specializing in land sales. Wimberly served his country as an aircrew member flying aboard EP3E aircraft as a CTR (cryptologist technician – Morse code) for the United States Navy, stationed in Misawa, Japan. He has also worked in the insurance/investment field and has held the Series 6, Series 7, and Series 63 investment licenses and the Group I insurance license. 

Wimberly is a member of the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the Society of Commercial Realtors. Additionally, he served as the 2008 Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Society of Commercial Realtors in Fort Worth. He currently serves on the RCA/Governing Council of the Texas Association of Realtors.



George Bliss - Mesa, AZ

George Bliss, a commercial real estate sales professional in Arizona, has joined KW Commercial, a division of Keller Williams Realty Integrity First Market Center. Bliss has been in the commercial real estate industry for more than 25 years and previously was a co-owner of Central Arizona Real Estate Specialists in Mesa. He is active in many professional, community and civic organizations and serves on several non-profit Boards of Directors in the valley of the Sun.

Ray Flores - Mesa, AZ

Ray Flores, a corporate commercial real estate professional in Chandler, AZ, has joined KW Commercial, a division of Keller Williams Realty Integrity First Market Center. Flores is an accomplished retail real estate professional with over 12 years of corporate commercial real estate transactions. During his career, he has negotiated numerous commercial lease transactions for companies such as Cold Stone Creamery in Times Square, NY, Jamba Juice as well as other transactions for Bank of America and other emerging companies. 

Ray's team, Flores & Associates, specializes in providing stellar tenant representation to retail, office and industrial tenants as well as Landlord representation and transaction management in those same industries. Because of his unique background, coming from the corporate real estate world, he negotiates aggressive deals for his customers and delivers tremendous value throughout the transaction process. 

When Ray is not acting as the rainmaker or dealmaker, he enjoys sports and outdoor activities. He, his wife and four children reside in Chandler, Arizona.




Stephen Noakes
Stephen Noakes - Baltimore, MD

Mr. Stephen Noakes brings 20 years of sales, program management and professional engineering experience to the Keller Williams Baltimore Market Center Commercial Real Estate Practice. Mr. Noakes is customer service oriented and stays abreast of industry trends and aligns them with the needs of his clients through every phase of the sales and investment cycle.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Noakes has gained extensive experience in market/site analysis, investment strategy, acquisitions, dispositions, and development. 

A graduate of Rutgers University New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a concentration in Finance, Mr. Noakes is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP) and an active member of the Maryland / D.C. Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) chapter. Mr. Noakes is currently taking CCIM courses on road to becoming a CCIM and holds a Maryland Real Estate Salesperson license.

Bob Webster - Palm Beach, FL

Bob Webster brings a distinct expertise to the KW Commercial network. As a specialist in mobile home parks and RV communities in the state of Florida, he’s recently branched out to all of the United States and Canada, sharing his expertise in investment opportunities within this niche, while extending referral income opportunities to associates throughout the company.

David Morgan
David Morgan - Mississauga, ON

David Morgan grew up in Toronto, and graduated from UTS and the University of Toronto (University College) before obtaining his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1970. 

Over the course of a 24-year career with Goodyear Canada, Dave held a number of diverse assignments including Corporate Planning, Marketing Research, Environmental Affairs, and for nearly ten years he managed and directed the real estate portfolio. After taking early retirement from Goodyear in 2004, Dave completed his licensing education in 2005 and has pursued a career in commercial real estate brokerage since then.

A lifelong advocate of continuing education, Dave completed the Certificate Program in Environmental Management at Ryerson University in 1996, and obtained his Designation as a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 2006.

David was recently selected as the winner of the Susan J. Groeneveld Scholarship to attend the Jay W. Levine Leadership Development Academy of CCIM in 2010. He is one of 20 Candidates from across North America, selected to attend the Academy, which was established to develop the next generation of leadership for the CCIM Institute.



Alex Johnson - Frisco, TX

As President of Laurex Realty Advisors, Alex Johnson is experienced in commercial development, consulting, brokerage, asset management, and financing.

Charlie Lockwood - Atlanta, GA

J. Charles (Charlie) Lockwood joined the Atlanta Perimeter office to help develop the agent’s businesses through mentoring and consulting, to benefit from the national KW Commercial network and to benefit from the extensive referral opportunities of over 74,000 residential agents. 

Charlie has been in commercial brokerage and development in Atlanta since 1972. He currently provides real estate brokerage and consulting services to clients as an extension of his successful involvement in these fields as an executive with several leading firms



Austin Green - Cornelius, NC

Austin Green says he came to KW Commercial from Sperry Van Ness because of the platform and the market center's 150-plus residential agents who can refer commercial business his way.  "The old ways of big splits that commercial firms are still operating under simply don't work anymore," added Green, who specializes in retail, industrial, multi-family, medical office and tenant representation.  "I'll be a much happier person at Keller Williams Realty, and have the best chance to be financially free!"

Karen Tovar - Cornelius, NC

Karen Tovar based her decision to make the move from a local boutique brokerage to KW Commercial on the firm's strong national reputation, as well as the encouragement and support from the team leader, staff and agent base.

Anthony House has decided it's time to come home - back to Keller Williams Realty after nearly a decade of diverse commercial experience that includes everything from auctions to traditional sales to foreclosures to appraisals.
