Flamingo Corridor Project – Las Vegas, NV 2 Linear miles of frontage on Flamingo Road from Maryland Parkway to Las Vegas Boulevard Total Value of Land Leases: $217 million Broker – KW Commercial Director Graig Griffin, SIOR (represented Nevada Power Company) Graig proposed a major line consolidation to NPC that would turn a 300’ deep power corridor with over $200k in annual maintenance into nearly two miles of prime commercial for ground lease. It was determined that the circuits could be consolidated onto one set of poles at an acceptable price, and Graig’s team worked with the Power Company, governmental and regulatory agencies, and adjacent owners and helped create an asset value increase of over $50 million for the client.
