A 1982 graduate of Chaparral High School in Las Vegas, Graig attended the University of Texas at Austin on full academic scholarship, majoring in physics, and was first exposed to real estate working part-time in the office of a prominent urban office developer. Intrigued by the industry, he returned to Las Vegas in 1988, and secured his Nevada real estate license. His first position was with Century 21, with a focus on land.  He became the office trainer for commercial and land and received numerous sales awards including finalist for the 1989 national listing competition.

In 1990, he joined Diversified Realty as a senior associate, becoming sales manager in 1991. Under his direction, the 12 member land-specialty firm gained rapid market share, averaging 14% - 24% of overall inventory share based on Board of Realtor statistics. In late 1991, Graig became Vice President of Diversified Realty.  In charge of the firm's national affiliation, New America Network (now NAI), he coordinated the network system, and helped the company achieve true full-service status.

From 1993 to 2002 he worked in the Southern Nevada market for some of the area's top firms and eventually opened his own company. Graig was a beta-tester for the first GIS and computer-based property listing and information systems, and spent time specializing in office, industrial, retail and land, providing him with a broad range of expertise and experience.

In 2002, he moved to St. George, Utah.  Over the next eight years, he worked with Colliers International and owned Kemp Griffin Commercial which became Coldwell Banker Commercial, and then  Artisan Real Estate Advisors.  In February of 2010, he joined Keller Williams Realty to launch the new KW Commercial brand.  He is currently the broker for the office.

Graig has experience in most areas of real estate including; residential, retail, office, and industrial sales and leasing; development; investment sales; gaming properties; and independent fee-based consulting. He won the 1996 Chairman's Award, NAI's highest honor for brokerage excellence chosen by his peers, and was named in Las Vegas Business Press 1995 annual “Top 40 under 40” business leaders for the category of commercial real estate.  Graig wrote and taught Clark County School District's first full-year real estate course, with elements on urban planning, property analysis, and development. He is active in many industry groups, holds the SIOR designation and is a candidate for the CCIM and ALC designations.  Mr. Griffin works often as a consultant for other developers on project design and brokerage, and advises several other brokerage firms on technology and marketing. He teaches both technical and sales classes and publishes regularly.

Graig is the leader of the KW Commercial International Practice Groups for Land and Industrial, and sits on the KWC International Agent Leadership Council.  Graig is currently CEO | Team Leader of Keller Williams Park City, Utah.
