Lynn Richter brings to her role as Managing Director with KW Commercial a plethora of experience and knowledge gained during her commercial real estate career which exceeds 41 years of tenure in the industry.
Lynn is experienced in all commercial property types including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, land, as well as special use properties such as hotels and recreational facilities. In addition to her diversified property background, she has expertise in research and analysis, real estate investments, financing, lease and portfolio analysis including specialized consulting services.
Lynn cultivated her commercial real estate experience as a Senior Asset Manager with MetLife in Chicago & St. Louis. Over her 20+ year tenure with MetLife she was responsible for all commercial property types, reported to various owners including lender[foreclosed properties], MetLife's General Account, joint venture partnerships[domestic & international], pension funds and other private funds.
In 1994 MetLife relocated the REI office to Chicago; Lynn remained in St. Louis and joined Wolken Real Estate Advisors as a Senior Broker. Some of her first transactions included the corporate headquarters lease for Deutsche Financial Services', consulting services for C 4 Corp. preparation & implementation of an asset plan, involving leasing, refinancing & sale of a 200,000 Sq. Ft. class A office building.
In 2001 WREA, joined Solomon Bros. and Nooney Inc. as the Coldwell Banker Commercial franchise in St.Louis, where Lynn continued as Vice President. The last four consecutive years Lynn joined the top 2% of Coldwell Banker Commercial’s national sales associates by achieving the Circle of Distinction Award with a Bronze, Silver and a Gold distinction. Most recently Lynn excelled in handling approximately 254 lease renewals, expansions and new locations nationwide for a corporate client, averaging over seven transactions per month.
Lynn's career transaction portfolio to date is $951 Million in investments, sales and leases.
Over the years Lynn‘s clients have included individual investors, large & small businesses, multi-partner joint ventures [domestic & international], pension funds, REITS, & Fortune 50 Companies.
