Aaron Dean's real estate background started in the early 90's where he served as the founder and Vice President of World Financial Services, a full service mortgage company located in Los Angeles. From his experience acquired there, he became the asset manager for Trilogy Real Estate Management located in San Diego. As asset manager, Dean was responsible for overseeing Triology's entire portfolio of real estate. In this role he gained expansive knowledge in the hospitality field, and office and industrial tenant leasing, while additionally learning about tenant improvements and new construction. Dean's management range of real estate consisted of over 900 SRO Hotel rooms and 400 lofts, as well as an expansive amount of office and industrial space throughout San Diego. After acquiring experience from eight years at Trilogy, Dean formed his own development company called Crestone Companies. Crestone built and entitled numerous projects in California, Nevada and Arizona. Crestone's most recent project was a 63-unit condo project located directly off the Las Vegas strip. Most recently, Dean founded Dean & Ross Inc. a full service, national commercial real estate team and an affiliate of Keller Williams Commercial in San Diego.
