W. Page Aiken, CCIM



Advises investors, developers and owners of commercial investment properties, including retail, office and industrial.

Mr. Aiken has practiced commercial real estate brokerage for 26 years and started his career with Royal LePage Commercial Real Estate in Atlanta, Georgia in 1987.  Mr. Aiken developed a career in commercial real estate that has included representing major corporations. developers and investors in the acquisition and disposition of retail, office and industrial properties throughout the world.  From 1993 to 1999 Mr. Aiken was the founding partner and managing director of the Moscow, Russia office of The Western Group, Colliers International.

 In 2000, Mr. Aiken returned to Atlanta, Georgia and founded the Aiken Company to provide Development, Management and Brokerage services for new developments including; Aiken Real Estate, LP, Golden Park Business Center, Pavilion and Weatherstone Plaza.  

In 2009, to better serve his clients, Mr. Aiken joined KW Commercial in Atlanta and became Director of the Atlanta / Sugarloaf office,  In 2010 he was elected to the prestigious KW Commercial - National Commercial Leadership Council where he has represented the Southeast Region in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.  

Today, Mr. Aiken is Senior Director of the Southeast Partners Group, a regional investment team specializing in representing buyers and sellers of commercial real estate in the Southeast.

Mr. Aiken is active in the following organizations:  CCIM, ICSC, NAR, GRA, and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.

Mr. Aiken shares time between residences in Atlanta, Georgia and St. Simons Island, Georgia with his wife, Maryellen, and their four children.
