I have sold and closed a variety of commercial brokerage projects including: lodges in Alaska which included liquor licenses, motels, and restaurants; large mutli-family; professional office buildings; warehouses; large multi-family; and large commercial parcels of land.  For example a small motel with restaurant, liquor license and real estate; or a Pizza business with real estate.  I sell commercial property throughout the state which has included local commercial real estate as far as the Aleutian Islands and other remote areas.  I have held the CCIM designation since 1996.  I am the Past President and current Board Member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Alaska. I have been in the top 5 with the RE/MAX International Commercial Division.  Currently I have a team of 9 in  who work with me.  I have successfully sold and closed over 500 REO's and Short Sales, representing Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi Bank, Chase, local banks, mortgage companies, and F.D.I.C.  I have 28 years of experience & education to handle commercial, multi-family, raw land, REO's and Short Sales.
