Barry is active in local and regional commercial real estate, and is involved in several private development and investment projects.

He has a broad background in commercial real estate and the international marine industry and specializes in marina properties.  He has been active in other various commercial real estate disciplines, and has a long list of satisfied clients, including numerous national clients.

He has nearly twenty five years experience in the sales, marketing and customer service industry during which he managed global sales teams and negotiated multi-currency transactions in nearly fifty countries worldwide.  He still maintains strong ties to the international community.

Barry holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wake Forest University and is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Realtors Commercial Alliance.  He holds CIPS, SFR and E-Pro designations, as well as being a CCIM candidate.
