Greg is a Director of KW Commercial-the newly formed Int'l Commercial Division of Keller Williams Realty. He is concentrating on all Distressed Properties, includingMulti-Family housing, Hotels& Motels, Investment Sales and Land Brokerage.His group is aptly named GOLDEN COMMERCIAL GROUP. He has taken several CCIM courses to obtain the CCIM designation.Greg was first licensed as a real estate agent in 1976 in Malibu and he obtained his Broker license in 1982. He has been top producer throughout his career in Malibu and West LA, selling the first $Million home on the sand in the Malibu Colony.He also managed the Malibu office for Fred Sands Realtors and owned two RE/MAX offices in Malibu and Pacific Palisades in the late 1980's. The decade of the 90's saw the formation of GG FINANCIAL,a mortgage brokerage company in Malibu. Having moved to La Quinta in recent years,Greg has concentrating on Golf & Resort homes in the Desert with special emphasis in La Quinta, Rancho Mirage and Indian Wells. The GREG GOLDEN GROUP,was formed in 2002 and has proven itself to a formidable entity serving all clients: buyers, sellers investors and leasees in the Palm Springs Valley with special emphasis on La Quinta and Rancho Mirage Golf Properties.
