Evan was the senior leasing attorney for Glenborough Realty Trust, a $2.5 billion New York Stock Exchange traded real estate investment trust, for nine years.  He has  negotiated hundreds of retail and office leases with companies such as Lord & Taylor, Circuit City, Starbuck's, Chipotle, Hometown Buffet, Williams-Sonoma, Met Life, Merrill Lynch, Clear Channel Communications, Fed Ex, Sun Microsystems and others.  So,if you need help with leases anywhere in the United States, then he is well able to bring the transaction to a successful conclusion. 

Evan also has hands on experience in shopping center development, as well as purchase and sale transactions.  As a third generation commercial real estate professional, he began his training long before he officially began his career.

Mr. Langert is a member of ICSC (International Conference of Shopping Centers), NRAN (National Retail Advisors Network), and CREOBA (Commercial REO Brokers Association).  He frequently serves as an expert witness in commercial real estate matters in the California Superior Court system.  Evan has been appointed to the KW Commercial Leadership Council, and is also on the KW Commercial national faculty, where he teaches courses nationally on leasing and retail investments.
